If you haven't already seen the new Muppets film, go, not just because it's brilliant (especially if you're over 30 and appreciate nods to the 1980s), but because you'll be able to see how utterly ridiculous Fox News can be. A month ago, the network accused Kermit and Co of being "communists" who were out to "brainwash" children against capitalism, simply because the storyline featured an evil oil baron. Yes, they really did say that. Anyway, at a press conference to promote the film in London last week, the fuzzy creatures had a chance to respond.
"If we had a problem with oil companies, why would we have spent the film in a gas-guzzling Rolls Royce?" asked Kermit.
"It's almost as laughable as accusing Fox News of being News," added Miss Piggy.
