Bulgarian couple gets engaged at The Dubai Helishow 2014

A Bulgarian couple got engaged during a helicopter ride at The Dubai Helishow this week, with the would-be groom make good on his vow to "go big or go home".

Simon Feek popped the question to his long-term love, Mariya Sandova; couple decided to visit the show after hearing about it on the radio, according to the show’s organisers.

“I had been thinking about the idea for awhile, just waiting for the right moment,” says Feek, “She’s the love of my life, makes me happy, and I thought, ‘I’m going to go big or go home’.”

“He got on to the helicopter and I can’t even remember what he said now,” Sandova said, laughing. “It’s a dream come true. I love him so much. I’m the luckiest girl in the world.”
