ABU DHABI // An increasing number of clouds along the western coast of the country will see a slight uptick in temperatures in some areas over the next couple of days.

The National Centre for Meteorology and Seismology said the hazy and partly cloudy weather will continue for the next 48 hours. The amount of low clouds will increase over the western, island and coastal areas Friday night, bringing a chance of rain on Saturday morning.

Moderate to fresh winds blowing over the sea will stir up the waters, causing the the Arabian Gulf and the Oman Sea due to be rough, according to the NCMS. Blowing dust is also likely.

Temperatures along the coastal areas are expected to reach highs between 23 C and 25 C and lows of 16 C to 19 C. Internal areas will experience highs between 26 C and 29 C and lows between 10 C and 17 C. In the mountains, highs will be between 12 C and 19 C and lows between 8 C and 12 C.
