Nearly 800 violators have been caught in an ongoing crackdown on criminal activity during November. According to a police report, individuals used deserted buildings, sites under construction, garages and labour accommodations as hideouts in Sharjah.

β€œThe individuals used the abandoned buildings as a base for their criminal activities,” sasid Col Jihad Sahoo, head of the criminal investigation department.. He also thanked residents for reporting the illegal activities to the police.”
