Views don’t come much better than watching the sun rise from the observation deck of the world’s tallest building. From next week, Burj Khalifa will be re-introducing its early morning sessions to allow visitors to watch dawn break over Dubai.

From Friday, September 20, Burj Khalifa's At the Top observation deck will be open from 5.30am every Friday and Saturday throughout the winter season.

Guests will be able to view the city from an altitude of 465 metres, on levels 124 and 125 of the world-famous building. VIP packages are also available to take visitors to the new Sky Lounge, which offers observation platforms as high as the 154th floor.

The lift will depart every 30 minutes between 5.30am and 8.30am on Friday and Saturdays, with the experience lasting up to two hours.

As well as panoramic views of Dubai, the sunrise experience includes breakfast from The Cafe. Prices start from Dh149 and Dh608 for the VIP experience. Tickets are available from the At the Top welcome centre on the lower ground floor of The Dubai Mall.
