Disciples of traction of the two-wheeled kind descended on Dubai this week to get a glimpse of one of the UAE’s newest, biggest bike outlets. Motorcycle Mall opened its doors to a stream of more than 400 speed fiends keen to sample its range of both classic and custom stock, with Harley Davidsons, Ducatis, Suzukis, and BMWs prominent on the shop floor. The cavernous, 14,000sq ft-space, located on Umm Suqeim Road, features both gleaming hardware ready for the road, as well as all the accessories any motorcyclist worth his salt might need. The outlet also has onsite technicians and a workshop (as well as a cafe serving biker-friendly food and beverages, aptly entitled Motorcycle Cafe). Managing director Yousuf Al Yousuf said the aim of the outlet, which is situated a couple of minutes away from Mall of the Emirates, was to build a community of like-minded bikers keen to get everything they need under one roof. “We offer everything related to biking, which includes buying, selling and renting,” he said.
